Martin has extensive experience in strategic transformation and business innovation with over 30 years working in a variety of senior leadership roles.

Martin has successfully delivered high profile projects for the Scottish Government on climate change and a variety of environmental issues such as pollution, noise, contaminated land and transformative ESG. And played an instrumental role in setting up Scotland's 2020 Climate Group and co-creating the award winning 2050 Young Leaders Climate Group.

Martin now leads the NetZero team for South of Scotland Enterprise.
